We have automated, labor-saving models that can remove oil during the baking of kasutera sponge cake filled with adzuki bean or shaped into a doll shape, while also filling dough and internal ingredients (adzuki) automatically.
Manju buns can also be shaped into all sorts of designs.
We will build a prototype mold based on your product outline. Adjustments can then be made after comparing the finished product.
